AssetTrack documentation organized into three role-based sections. There is a lot of overlap, but each section has a collection of topics appropriate to that role. Select the role that is right for you. 

  • System administrator: You have server access, do the installs and upgrades, monitor the system and its network. When something goes wrong, you're the go-to for troubleshooting. 
  • Asset Manager: Setting up asset management tables, scan sheets, and form design, you develop the AssetTrack system's "data about the data".
  • Data Collector: Out in the field, armed with a mobile device and collecting data, you're the primary user of the AssetTrack system.
