AssetTrack Streamlines CA IT Asset Manager and Service Desk

AMI’s complete solution for CA IT Asset Manager (formerly UAPM) and CA Service Desk (v11.3.4 & 12.6) provides the barcode/RFID data capture hardware and software, process design, asset tags, user training and reporting tools required to maintain these systems with accurate hardware data.  CA customers use AssetTrack to perform the following functions:

AssetTrack is a CA Smart Certified product which integrates natively with CA ITAM and CA Service Desk, version 11 and 12.  CA customers use AssetTrack to track hardware assets using AssetTrack barcode and RFID technology, with direct integration to the CA MDB.

 

Integration Architecture

AssetTrack contains its own SQL Server and Web Server, which communicate with CA products via SQL and Web Services access.  A high level integration architecture is below.
