Reporting

AssetTrack stores asset information as well as a history of all transactions that have been collected and published by users.

Asset Reports

Use AssetTrack's Saved Search web-based reporting tool to create asset report which can be run on-demand or scheduled and delivered to users via email.  See Creating and Scheduling Web-Based Asset Reports for more information.

Publish History Reports

All data collected by end user via mobile devices, web-forms, spreadsheets or upload API submissions are recorded in AssetTrack's database.  This is helpful in monitoring user's compliance with process, as well as for using enqueue data as a comparison source for audit functions.  AssetTrack provides access to this historical data via SQL Server views which can be accessed by any SQL-capable tool, including Excel.  See Reporting on Publish History for more information.

Queue Summary Reports

It is often useful to access data currently in the Queue for auditing and notification purposes.  See Reporting on Data in the Queue for information on accessing enqueue data.
