Find Duplicate Models
To begin, use the ServiceNow Product Models list view to identify models which are duplicates.
Typically, duplicate models share the same or similar model name or model number, usually with slight variations. Take some time to run various searches and filters to determine models you need to clean.
Instructions
Select AssetTrack Model Cleanup > Models list in your ServiceNow menu
Right click the Model number column
Choose Group by Model number
Go through the list and find Model numbers with more than one model
5. Click to expand and view models to determine if they can be cleaned up
6. To search for more duplicates of that particular model, search by the Model name
